Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it without giving any reason.

The 7-day period starts on the day you receive the goods or when a third party you appoint (other than the carrier) receives them.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for your order. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The goods must have been purchased within the last 7s days.

The goods must be in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns for:

Personalized or custom-made goods.

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if unsealed after delivery).

Items that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiration date.

Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Note: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless prohibited by law.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return.

If the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
